♡ Terms of Service ♡
With commissioning me you accept and agree with the given terms.By commissioning me you give me artistic freedom to interpret the information given to me freely while still following and respecting your wishes.I will send you a sketch first to be approved before finishing the drawing. When I show you the sketch I will ask you what you want changed. Any changes made beyond the sketching process might need to be paid for depending on the complexity.I will not start on art unless the full payment has been received beforehand. This can be via Paypal, Venmo, or CashApp.I don’t work by deadlines unless one has been agreed upon previously.The time it takes to finish your commission may vary due to my health or schedule. I work based on a queue, depending on where you stand in the queue it might take longer to get to your commission as there might be others before you. You are allowed to ask for the progress of your commission but please be patient, I try to get my commissions done as soon as possible!Please be sure to provide a CLEAR reference for me to work with. If the reference is hard for me to make sense of - I will decline the commission.You may ask for a refund only if I haven’t yet started working on your commission.*
If I for some reason cannot finish your commission I will personally reach out to you to send you a refund.You are allowed to change which character you wanted drawn for your commission but if I have already started drawing the character you had given me initially you will have an option to pay a certain fee to have the character changed.The art you commissioned can be used on other websites only if proper credit is given.I am allowed to decline your commission for any reason.- INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
You will not reproduce or redistribute my artwork.
Examples; re-selling, mass-producing, Merch, NFTs, AI training, etc.

(I currently don't have many charms, so when you order I will send you a photo of the stock at my local craft store so you can pick yours out! If the charm you want is in a set, I am usually willing to buy the set and discount you for the charms you don't want)Jewels on the front: Free, just ask!
